Last week in West Hollywood, Amanda Bynes was handcuffed and charged with driving under the influence.

Around 3 a.m. on Friday morning, the 26-year-old actress was attempting to pass a vehicle, which was parked at an intersection, but she ended up colliding with it’s side panels. Both cars received minor paint damage, and the struck vehicle was that of a police officer in the area.

After an investigation was conducted, Bynes was arrested for allegedly operating her vehicle under the influence of alcohol. No one sustained any injuries in the minor accident.
