Tori Vance, 2010 Miss Arizona Teen USA, was pulled over and arrested in California on May 5.
Police in Los Angeles noticed Vance making an illegal U-turn and proceeded to flag her down. She was believed to have been under the influence and was asked to perform a field sobriety test. She allegedly failed the test and was arrested.
After further testing, the 18-year-old was found to have a blood alcohol content of more than the legal limit and was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Vance won the title of Miss Arizona Teen USA when she was just 16 years old, and she had plans of competing for Miss California in 2013.
