Arizona Super Extreme DUI Attorneys

“Super Extreme DUI” is a newer charge (2007) that is reserved for drivers whose BAC is well above the legal limit.   • Minimum $2,500.00 fines, plus surcharges;

  • Enrollment in a drug/alcohol screening and treatment program;
  • Community service hours.

In addition to these court-ordered penalties, you will also have your license suspended for 90 days and will have an ignition interlock device installed in your car for a total of 18 months.
